American Association of Equine Practitioners
From a child’s pony to a stakes winning Thoroughbred, horses are top priority for the AAEP. As a result of tremendous advancements in equine sports medicine within the last decade, horses from the barnyard to the winner’s circle are proving to be heartier, healthier animals. The AAEP has called special attention to finding cures and treatments for particular problems. The AAEP is an active participant in equine research and development programs.
The health and performance of your horse is more than our business, it’s our #1 priority and the foundation of what we do here at Platinum.
We were founded at the Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center by equine veterinarian Dr. Doug Herthel, and we remain a family business with our roots in veterinary practice. We’re here to help improve the health and performance of your horse through superior supplementation, and we look forward to learning how Platinum can help you.
