Please use the form below to request a prescription refill or food item. Utilizing this form will allow us to have your order ready when you stop in to pick it up. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.

For special order foods and medications, more than 24 hrs will be required to fill your order. We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that special orders require pre-payment. If you do not have a credit card on file with our business office, please contact our office to arrange payment. If you’d like to have your credit card information on file to expedite your orders, the business office would be happy to help facilitate this. You can start the process by filling out the Client Authorization Form located on our Forms Page.

Many prescriptions require that your pet be examined before dispensing. This ensures that the requested medication is appropriate for your pet and its condition, that it will not interact with other medications your pet is on and/or cause any harmful effects to your pet.

By law prescription medications can also not be dispensed to patients without a valid patient-client-veterinarian relationship. Patients must be examined at least once a year to maintain a valid relationship.
