Dr.
Jessica Bunch
Dr. Jessica Bunch is an Idaho native who graduated from WSU in
2002. She practiced both large and small animal medicine in Rupert,
Idaho before moving to Camano Island, WA in 2003, where she worked
at a small practice for five years.
Jessica started at KVH in April 2008 and works primarily with
cats and dogs. She has a
large furry family that includes dogs, cats, rabbits and a
cockatiel. Jessica has
special interests in canine and feline veterinary dentistry as well
as physical therapy and rehabilitation.
She is also a member of the American Association of Feline
Practitioners. In her
spare time, Jessica enjoys playing in the great outdoors, reading,
cross-stitching and home improvement projects.

Dr.
Jennifer Christey
Dr. Christey graduated from the University of Washington with a
Major in Biology and Minor in wildlife science. She graduated with a DVM from the University of Tennessee. Jennifer also has a
special interest in Dermatology.
When at home she enjoys playing with
her dog Shelby, skiing (both downhill and cross-country) and
spending time with her family which includes her husband Paul, cats
Pumpkin, Misha and Teena, and her birds a Maroon Bellied Conure named
Chappy, and a Bourke’s Parakeet – Mrs. Bourke.
Congratulations to Jennifer and Paul on the birth of their
son. Logan Paul Christey was born August 29 and Dr. Christey
is now back to work on a part time basis, working every Friday and
every other Saturday.

Dr. Robin Eggenberger
Dr. Eggenberger originally hails from Colorado, but moved to
Washington and grew up in Friday Harbor. She came to
Kulshan right after graduating from Washington State University in
1991. In addition to small animal care, she also enjoys
working with sheep and goats.
Robin, who is married to Dr.
Erickson, enjoys music, camping and hiking, playing baseball and
having family time with their 3 sons and their dog Jack.

Dr. Kevin Erickson
Dr. Erickson didn't travel far when he entered the world of
veterinary medicine. He was born and raised in Ferndale and
received his veterinary degree from Washington State University in
1990. During the course of his career, he has done both large
and small animal medicine. His love for surgery was the major
factor resulting in his current position which is primarily
practicing small animal medicine with a special interest in
orthopedic surgery.
When he is not fixing pets, Kevin
enjoys spending time with his family, wife Robin and their 3 sons.
He also spends time merging both his technical and creative sides
together on his computer. Along with his family he
shares his time with dog Jack, three cats, two pygmy goats and five
unnamed chickens.

Dr. Brooke Lucas
Dr.
Lucas, previously Dr. Johnson, is a Pacific Northwest native from
Oregon. She graduated from Cornell University and then completed a
one year equine medicine and surgery internship at Pilchuck
Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, WA prior to joining the Kulshan
team. She is certified in animal chiropractic by the International
Veterinary Chiropractic Association. Her special interests include
complimentary medicine, back and spinal care, rehabilitation,
neonatology and animal disaster response.
During vet school Dr. Lucas received a grant to research mastitis
rates of dairy yak on the Tibetan Plateau in China. She also is a
member of the Washington State Animal Response Team and a board
member of Northwest Therapeutic Riding Center.
Outside of work Dr. Lucas enjoys spending time with her husband
Timothy, who she met on a kayaking trip, and their dog, Mulak, and
cats, Simon and Hilde. She also finds time to hike, ski, cook and
quilt.

Dr. Dorrie Jordan
Dr. Jordan grew up in New Jersey and attended veterinary school in
Iowa. She practiced small animal medicine for 16 years near
Portland, Oregon before joining Kulshan Veterinary Hospital in 1992.
Besides dogs and cats, her special interests include birds and
pocket pets.
Outside of work, Dorrie enjoys
reading, singing and bird watching and climbing and hiking with her
husband, Steve. They share a home with 6 cats and a Golden Retriever
named 'Camas' (who incidentally loves the cats too!).

Dr.
Perry Stanfield
Dr. Stanfield was born in Great Falls, Montana and grew up in
Coupeville, Washington on Whidbey Island. He graduated from
Washington State University in 1987. He is a
member of the Society for Theriogenology, AAHA, and AVMA.
Perry enjoys boating, showing and
breeding Pugs and watching movies with his wife, Megan, and children Dylan,
Dane and Christina.

Dr. Erin West
Dr. West was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri and earned her
veterinary degree from the University of Missouri in 2008.
She then packed up her pets and moved cross-country to Lynden,
where she has been ever since. Dr.
West enjoys all aspects of companion animal medicine and soft-tissue
surgery. Her species of
interest include dogs, cats, rabbits, pocket pets, reptiles, pet
birds, and chickens!
Outside of work, Erin
spends her time reading, doing crafty projects, exploring the great
Pacific Northwest with her dog Jassa, and volunteering with Northwest
Wildlife Rehabilitation. She
shares her home with her two cats Hedwig and Jaspurr, an indoor
rabbit, three leopard geckos, an African fat-tailed gecko, and of
course Jassa the Wonder Dog.
